What Happens Next

Thank you for completing your tuition payment! Your next step is processed manually by our team, so access to your SHA student platform will not be immediate.

Once your payment is received, a member of our team will complete your enrollment and add you to our online learning platform. This process may take a few hours, depending on the time of day your payment is submitted. If you complete your payment late at night or outside of our regular processing hours, you may not receive your enrollment acknowledgment or platform access until our team is available to process it.

Please add shacertifications@gmail.com and contact@sparxo.com to your “safe contacts” or “approved senders” list. Some of our emails may be routed to spam or promotions, and we don’t want you to miss important information about your enrollment.

If it’s been more than 24 hours, please email us. In some cases, enrollment may also take a little longer if the name used on your application is different from the name associated with your payment.
