The Psychology of Group Play and Partner-Sharing
The Psychology of Group Play and Partner-Sharing with Dr. David Ley and Expert Guests!
Group play and sex with people other than a person’s main partner are, far and away, the most common sexual fantasies for everyone. Although monogamous relationships are idealized by Hollywood, therapists and religions, one in five people will be in a consensually nonmonogamous relationship in their lifetime. Why do so many people find these fantasies and behaviors so compelling and exciting? In this two-day conference, participants will delve into the history of group sex, nonmonogamy and cuckolding through many worldwide cultures. Dr. Ley will lead the audience through an exploration of the secret sexual history of hot group sex through the ages, then frame these sexual experiences within current psychological and biological research to better understand the role of these sexualities within individuals and cultures.
This conference is 100% ONLINE!
Learning Objectives:
Participants will identify the cultural, religious and political history of orgies, group sex and nonmonogamy in many worldwide cultures.
Participants define different forms of nonmonogamy, and how these relationships types evolve over time and between cultures.
Participants apply personality theory to peoples’ sexual fantasies and behaviors, developing an understanding of the functions these fantasies and behaviors play in their lives and psychologies.
An understanding of the secret history of female-led nonmonogamy is developed, along with ways to frame the modern rise of female-focused sexual relationships within feminism and female-empowerment.
On Sunday, May 18, 2025, we will have a panel of the hosts from the extremely popular podcast, Cuck My Life, discussing their experiences and motivations in seeking to be cuckolded by their wives.
