JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Sexual Health Alliance (SHA) is looking for an experienced and ambitious Customer Service and Experience Manager to oversee our student and membership community, and to lead educational events. Your role would be creating professional and engaging hospitality moments for our active community, while also growing the community numbers.
If you have experience leading an active, paid, online community, as well as leading internal team members within a rapidly growing company, then we would like to meet you.
This role is a full-time, remote position. You can work from anywhere doing a job that makes a difference! SHA is committed to improving sexual literacy for over 50,000 people in the next 2 years. We’re looking for team members who have the drive, high standards for quality, and the proven skills to help achieve this goal.
Responsibilities
Streamline and oversee a high-quality customer service process
Provide prompt and professional responses to email questions from potential customers, certification students, and applicants
Lead the execution of engaging, live online educational events and trainings
Answer incoming phone calls during work hours
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries, via social media or other platforms
Report and respond to online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
Oversee online communities on Facebook and similar platforms
Reach out to potential sponsors and lecturers to keep SHA at the forefront of progressive sexual health education
Research and contact potential partner organizations, online communities, sponsors, and students
Provide weekly reporting on inquiries, follow ups, and conversions
Understand the company’s mission, brand, and marketing language, and maintain alignment with the company’s values
Continued personal and professional development
Skills and Qualifications
Years of work experience overseeing an active online community and leading a Customer Service or hospitality-focused team, with proven results
Excellent written communication skills (emails, presentations, etc)
Experience with building engaged membership-type communities and attracting customers
Experience providing smooth, professional and prompt customer support
A desire to reach out to like-minded organizations, people, and potential partners to grow our community
Ability to balance multiple internal and external tasks at the same time
Excellent organizational skills to be able to work with, and communicate to, our remote team and leadership
Ability to work as a self-starter and develop processes for the rest of our team
Must have a sex-positive cultural outlook
Must demonstrate alignment with the company Core Values (listed below)
Must have high-speed internet and reliable technology to enable collaborative remote work
Experience in sales is a plus
Experience working at a rapidly growing company is a plus
Current SHA student, alumni, or willingness to go through the sexuality certification program is preferred
Ideal candidate is located in Colorado, Ohio, Missouri, or Texas, but this isn’t a requirement

Sexual Health Alliance (SHA) is looking for an experienced and ambitious Outreach and Sales Manager to create connections with aligned organizations and increase awareness of the SHA brand. Your role would be creating new relationships within the larger sexuality field, while increasing new student applications.
If you have experience leading a growth or business development campaign, as well as leading internal team members within a rapidly growing company, then we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities
· Warm and cold outreach via email and phone, to potential students, sponsors, and organizational partners
· Research and recommend high-quality outreach candidates
· Track outreach efforts and follow ups in a clear and organized manner
· Assist with developing outreach scripts, marketing materials, and tracking documents
· Prompt response to incoming emails and questions, from potential students and sponsors
· Reach out to referrals who did not engage and attempt to engage them
· Review current certification program content, website content, and messaging, as needed to provide informed and accurate information to potential partners
· Research and contact potential partner organizations, online communities, sponsors, and students
· Provide weekly reporting on inquiries, follow ups, and conversions
· Understand the company’s mission, brand, and marketing language, and maintain alignment with the company’s values
· Continued personal and professional development
Skills and Qualifications
· Years of work experience with sales, business development, community outreach, or similar roles, with proven results
· Experience with customer service and attracting new customers
· Experience providing smooth, professional and prompt customer support
· Excellent written communication skills (emails, presentations, etc)
· A confident, professional, and comfortable demeanor on phone calls, Zoom meetings, etc
· A desire to reach out to like-minded organizations, people, and potential partners to grow our community

JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR
Sexual Health Alliance (SHA) is looking for an ambitious Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team and company. In this role, you would support the work of our marketing director and executives on marketing campaigns, social media, and sales strategies directed at increasing our company’s leads and website traffic. Your role is to support the creation of high-quality content for our company, which is focused on industry-leading sexuality education.

Responsibilities
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, in a combination of images, short form video, and written content.
Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy.
Email Marketing: Help in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and tracking performance metrics.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline, including webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
Graphic Design: Basic graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, email banners, and other marketing collateral using design tools.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
Understand the company mission, brand, color palette, and marketing tone, and maintain alignment with the company’s values

Skills and Qualifications
Experience working with online brands, startups, or working within a marketing team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, scheduling software, email marketing software, etc).
Proficient in Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Highly detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Has great attention to detail
