What: San Francisco Sex History Mini Walking Tour with Dr. Carol Queen and Midori
Stroll along with Dr Carol Queen and Midori at this curious intersection of history, sexuality, labor, and social justice at this juncture of North Beach, Chinatown, the former Manilatown, and the Financial District of San Francisco.
What are the forces that connected and conflicted to create the sexuality culture of today in The City, and that which influenced the broader global culture we live in today?
This will be a short, slow, and easy walk on the sidewalks. It is a Saturday night so the area will be lively. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress in layers.
At the end of the tour we’ll end up at a beautiful saloon with good drinks and nosh.
