About the Workshop:

This conference facilitated by Jet Setting Jasmine, King Noire and 10 special guests including their eldest daughter, Mani, Dr. Nicole Crawford, Jessica Nater, Mia Little, Robin Williams, Tiana North, June Cabales, and Milo Skye.

explore the importance of Sex Positivity when working with parents, young adults, and families of all different backgrounds and relationship styles. This conference will hit topics from co-parenting, age-appropriate sex communication and how to safeguard families from external factors that threaten healthy attitudes and behaviors surrounding intimacy and sex. The duo, with a host of other relevant professionals, will lean into how important it is for sex therapist & educators to be comfortable and equipped to assist clients with designing pathways to Sex Positive Parenting!

Over these two days, you will dive into:

  • How culture has an impact on raising children with healthy sex and intimacy attitudes

  • Sex Positive Parenting - King Noire and Jet Setting Jasmine and supported by Childcare and Family specialist, Jessica Nater, discusses the techniques to support therapist with client's interested in designing Sex Positive households. Participants will learn how to have age appropriate conversations throughout childhood/young adulthood and center pleasure and autonomy as early as infancy.

  • How to use Mainstream Media with Sex Ed with Kids - Interactive seminar will use today's popular music, memes and movies to facilitate Sex Positive conversations with clients.

  • Modeling Sex Positive Dating - Navigating Consent and Boundaries, Articulating Intimacy Preferences, Goal Setting for Sexual Pleasure, Dating After a Divorce/Break Up, and Meet the Parents vs. Meet the Children

  • Porn and Parenting - King Noire and Jet Setting Jasmine, supported by their oldest daughter Mani, discuss the challenges with raising children while being fully engaged in the adult industry. We hit topics from co-parenting, age-appropriate sex communication and how to safeguard families from external factors, such as bullying. As parents of a young adult, high-school-age child, and toddler, we target several developmental milestones as it relates to sex-positive parenting. This class is transferable to working with clients that may participate in professions or proclivities that are attached to high level of shame and judgement.

  • Daughters Of Porn Entertainers (D.O.P.E) - Mani is the president of the Sex Positive Parenting club, as the oldest daughter of three to adult performers Jet Setting Jasmine and King Noire. She travels internationally sharing her family’s experience in raising sexually confident children and advocating for consent and boundary setting in young adults. Her professional speaking work has led to the development of D.O.P.E (Daughters of Porn Entertainers); where she is able to use her lived experience with healthcare providers to support the reduction of harm, shame and stigma that are often met with being DOPE!

  • Sex Positivity for Children and Adults with Mental & Behavioral Health Issues - ABA Therapist, Robin Johnson, will share challenges with the mental health system that decenters appropriate intimacy and pleasure for people living with mental and behavior health issues.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

N. Jasmine Johnson, LCSW aka JetSetting Jasmine

N. Jasmine Johnson, MSW, MA, LCSW, is a licensed clinical therapist and owner of virtual mental health practice Blue Pearl Therapy LLC. She has a strong therapeutic emphasis on Intimacy Post Injury & Illness, Trauma, Drama and Kink, and Sex-Positive Parenting. Jasmine offers her expertise to train other therapists and professionals on the use of erotica in practice and also to create safe spaces for Sex Workers, Kinksters, and Alternative Lifestylers to engage in stigma and bias-free therapy.

Jasmine is the co-owner of Royal Fetish Films and Jet Setting Jasmine LLC where the love of the arts, film, and sex education are combined to produce content that stimulates and engages the audience to push their sexual boundaries. Jasmine shares more than 20 years of experience, with partner King Noire as Adult Entertainers, Educators, and Master Fetish Trainers. The duo are award-winning adult film stars and have dedicated their craft to creating a more inclusive and ethically sound adult entertainment industry.

KING NOIRE

King Noire is an accomplished and award-winning writer, porn performer, artist, Master Fetish Trainer, MC and global activist using the proceeds of his album ‘Music Is My Weapon’ to build a school, fresh water well and medical clinic in Guinea Bissau, West Africa. He has used his position in the adult industry to develop an ethically sound molded toy in partnership with Lust Arts; raise consciousness around kink safety for people of color; and offering sex education to audiences ranging from college students to medical providers.

Nicole Crawford, MSW, LCSW, MPH, PhD

Dr. Nicole Crawford works as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor for Social Work interns in the state of Florida. Nicole earned a Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, as well as a Master of Social Work, a Master of Public Health, and a Doctor of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida. Her company Keep Moving Forward Consulting offers direct therapy and dementia care consultation services to a range of individuals, their families, and other entities. Dr. Crawford works from a strengths-based and solution-focused perspective to help clients build on their resilience and work towards their desired outcomes.

Jessica Nater

Jessica Nater, Children and Family Specialist, was simply born to care for children and families. She has been in the child care industry since graduating from the Florida State University in 2004 where she received her degrees in Child Development. After several years in the field, she opened PlaySmart Learning Center in 2010. PlaySmart specializes in partnering with families, educators, and community in helping children thrive in education and parents in family planning & development.

Mia Little (aka Rachel Ramos)

Rachelle Ramos is a Pilipinx genderqueer sex positive registered associate marriage family therapist based in Kumeyaay land in so-called San Diego, California. They come from a Pilipino immigrant background and is a first generation Pilipinx from New York. They have a Masters of Science in Counseling Marriage Family Therapy from San Diego State University. They are also an advocate for those who belong in sex and gender marginalized communities in their social justice work outside of therapy as well as a sex educator. Their sex education work often includes content centering destigmatizing sex work, BDSM, and consent.

Robin Williams

Robin earned her BS in Psychology at UCF & and additional BS and MS in Exceptional Education at FSU. Robin has worked in a variety of roles, as a Behavior Analyst and educator, teaching & providing technical assistance and coaching educators of students with disabilities. She has also built a private practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis consulting and direct service over 16 years. She has 20+ years of experience working with individuals with severe developmental disabilities, in schools, family homes, intermediate care facilities, behavior focused group homes and correctional facilities. She has developed a variety of trainings for teachers, parents and staff and has also presented at local and national education and behavior conferences on behavior change, social justice and racial equity.

Tiana North

Tiana GlittersaurusRex aka “Smokey Spice,” has been featured in multiple publications & podcasts about the growing popularity of alternative lifestyles, sex positivity & cannabis. As a conscious hedonist, she is a content creator and Only Fans account manager for Adult Entertainers as well as contributing editor for Math Magazine. She has a continuous passion for building community through curating events that celebrate inclusivity, education and destigmatization.

Mani Bleechington

Mani is a budding business manager, executive assistant, and serial entrepreneur since the age of 7. Mani has been featured in Oprah’s O Magazine and Tampa Bay’s top 50 under 20 for her kid friendly travel review company, Omani’s Opinion. Mani is the president of the Sex Positive Parenting club, as the oldest daughter of three, to adult performers Jet Setting Jasmine and King Noire. She travels internationally sharing her family’s experience in raising sexually confidence children and advocating for consent and boundary setting in young adults. Her professional speaking work has led to the development of D.O.P.E (Daugher of Porn Entertainers); where she is able to use her lived experience with healthcare providers to support the reduction of harm, shame and stigma that are often met with being DOPE! Her efforts have been featured in HoneySuckle Magazine, Pineapple Support, I Am Living Aligned, Healthy Teen Network and Eroticon UK.

June Cabales

June is a mental health therapist supporting youth through case management at Our Safe Place as well as an associate therapist in private practice. He identifies as a first-generation immigrant Filipino American and a queer person. His experience drives his passion for supporting QT+ folks navigating identity within different cultural contexts of mixed immigrant status. His experience in corporate training and leadership development also helps him support his peers and other providers through facilitation and workshops. Collaboration is an important part of his therapeutic practice as he works to deconstruct power within therapy. He is interested in the modern possibilities and resources available in therapy today and invite popular media like music, movies, tv, anime/cartoons, and videogames into the work that he does as a way of connecting and healing.
