By entering the Sexual Health Alliance Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements described below.
1. Sponsor
This Giveaway is sponsored by Sexual Health Alliance (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon, Goodreads, Apple, or any other third-party platform.
2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents worldwide and are at least the age of majority in their state/country of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on [START DATE] and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59 PM (Sponsor’s local time) (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period ends will not be eligible.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty, express or implied.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Shipping Costs (U.S. vs International Winners)
Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs within the United States.
If the selected winner resides outside of the United States, the winner will be responsible for paying all shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional delivery charges.
Sponsor will provide the international winner with the estimated shipping cost after the winner confirms their delivery address.
If the international winner does not pay the required shipping cost within [X DAYS – recommended: 5 days] of notification, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing delays, or additional international delivery fees.
6. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the official Giveaway post(s) published by Sponsor during the Giveaway Period.
Entry instructions may include actions such as (but not limited to) commenting, following, submitting an email address, completing a form, or responding through an automated direct message.
Entries that do not follow the stated instructions or do not provide the required information will be considered incomplete and ineligible.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, automated, spam-based, or otherwise invalid.
7. Winner Selection & Odds
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the contact method provided at entry (including email and/or direct message).
If the winner does not respond within [X DAYS – recommended: 5 days] of notification, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.
9. Taxes and Fees
Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, import duties, or other costs associated with receiving the prize.
10. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, username, likeness, and/or giveaway announcement for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Attempts to tamper with the entry process
Uses automated, robotic, or fraudulent methods to enter
Engages in disruptive, abusive, or harmful conduct
Sponsor’s decisions are final.
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Platform issues, automation errors, or technical failures
Incorrect contact details provided by participants
Shipping loss, theft, or damage after delivery
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used only for administering the Giveaway, contacting the winner, and delivering prize-related updates.
Sponsor will not sell personal information to third parties.
14. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by applicable laws in the Sponsor’s operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
15. Agreement to Terms
By entering, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
